The Breaking Bad star recently pranked fans by appearing on Periscope to unveil details of a secret project he was working on with the show’s creator, Vince Gilligan.
That new gig? A brand new Breaking Bad spinoff starring his character, Jesse Pinkman.
Or so we were told.
He went on Periscope to tell fans a Breaking Bad spinoff about Pinkman was in the works, claiming Vince Gilligan gave him the go-ahead to make the announcement.
“I hope you’re as excited as I am about it,” he said, before immediately backtracking and revealing it was all a lie. A cruel, cruel lie.
