In the age of email and text messages, it seems like hand-written notes have fallen by the wayside. But Adele has proven that gracious manners are still alive and well! The “Someone Like You” singer and her family couldn’t attend Sir Elton John and David Furnish’s wedding this past weekend, and instead of only declining the invitation, she also sent the couple a note apologizing for her family’s absence! The card, signed Adele, Simon [Konecki] and Angelo [Konecki] (her son) says that they will see the officially married couple in 2015.
