The 17-year-old dropped that cool sum on a home in The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas, an exclusive gated community that sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian also own homes in. A source tells E! News the move is set to take place in August.
Kylie’s luxe bachelorette pad clocks in at 4,900-square-feet and features five bedrooms, a home theater, massive kitchen, pool and outdoor grilling station.
