Marilyn Manson is legendary — even if some think the notion exists solely in his own mind — and his latest interview about ex-partners is no exception.
Checking in with Cannes Lions, Manson had this to say about his ex-wife, Dita Von Teese:
“Even though it failed, [Dita] was my longest relationship yet, other than Johnny Depp.”
… Sorry, what? Nah, you know what, don’t answer that. We’re gonna just go with our own mental images on that one and file them away for future reference.
He continued on the ‘ship train by addressing the rumored “crazy” Evan Rachel Wood, only labeling her with one scathing word: “mistake.” Probably have to go ahead and agree with that, ’cause if you’ve ever really examined ERW’s interviews with a critical eye, you’d see that she’s positively teeming with BS.
About both of them (?), he concluded, “I don’t trust girls who have three names.”
Last, he described a personal favorite, Rose McGowan — who once appeared essentially naked in public with him — by smirking and saying, “Charmed.”
Apparently Marilyn is still a veritable well of overflowing creativity.
