And now she has completed a very exciting milestone as Miz Bynes is driving again! After having her license suspended due to two hit-and-runs and a DUI arrest in 2012, Amanda is legally allowed to drive, and she isn’t hesitating to do so. She was spotted this weekend in LA driving a black BMW with her father.
