Drama is brewing within the the hipster fantasy world of Portlandia. The “Epic Trailer” for Season 5 dropped Thursday, bringing with it new guest stars, including Vanessa Bayer, Seth Meyers, Olivia Wilde, Jane Lynch and even Oscar the Grouch. We learned there’s a “weirdo” arsonist on the loose, and it’s plunging the entire city into chaos. Even our beloved Feminist Bookstore owner Candace is having “multiple daily heart attacks” from the stress. Unfortunately, Portlandia won’t be back until January 8th. Until then, we’ll just have to assume that the “weirdo” in question is quirky Mayor Kyle MacLachlan.
