There’s a new bad guy in town for Arrow season four as The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Neal McDonough has been cast as DC Comics favorite Damien Darhk. Darhk was referenced a few times last season, with him visiting Starling City in the finale when Ra’s al Ghul revealed that Darhk was a former member of the League of Assassins who got on Ra’s bad side. McDonough has comic book experience, playing the Marvel Comics favorite ‘Dum Dum’ Dugan in Captain America: The First Avenger and reprising the role for an episode of ABC’s Agent Carter.
