Death is on the horizon! When the dust settles in the season finale of Arrow , expect one character to be buried under six feet of it. As executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased in an interview this week, a major Arrow character will make the ultimate sacrifice. While he obviously didnât spill the beans on who will exit the show, Guggenheim did promise that heâs targeting an important character.
