Despite having departed as a series regular following last Wednesday’s episode of Arrow, actor Colton Haynes took to Twitter this weekend to thank fans and tell them “Roy Harper will see you soon.” Unsurprisingly, that’s got fans expecting him to say he’ll be back at some point in Season Four, in spite of the fact that producers have been open about the fact that a two-year run was always in the cards for the San Andreas star.
