There was no greater boy band rivalry than the competition between the Backstreet Boys and ‘NSync. While the two parties would later bond over their shared anger from the misgivings and financial abuse from Ponzi scheme enthusiast and shared manager Lou Pearlman, today the two bands are joining in a completely unexpected way: to make a horror film.
Teaming up with the team behind the SyFy franchise Sharknado, BSB’s Nick Carter will be writing and producing a ‘Zombie Western’ asylum film. Nick Carter told Rolling Stone, “It’s a zombie Western futuristic horror movie. My character is still being worked out right now, but I’m a good guy that’s going to help save the day.”
