Stephen Hawking and Eddie Redmayne stole the show at the 2015 Baftas. When awarding the Special Visual Effects award, the Professor joked he was not only cleverer than Bafta host Stephen Fry, but better looking too. Redmayne then picked up Best Actor for his portrayal of Hawking in ‘The Theory of Everything’, and thanked the physicist and his family for their “trust and generosity”.
