Ever wonder what it would like to pair a host of big-name actors together and make them kiss? The New York Times Magazine did just that for their “Great Performers” issue. The publication paired 18 actors in nine scenes, filming a video for each scenario. The videos feature Benedict Cumberbatch and Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern and Steve Carell and Shailene Woodley and Jack O’Connell among others. All of the scenes involve two actors in a public space at night. Elaine Constantine directed the shorts and spoke about the experience in a behind-the-scenes clip.
