Benedict Cumberbatch didn’t let a little thing like marriage get in the way of a national TV appearance. Two days after he tied the knot, the Imitation Game actor taped an episode of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday night, without his new wife. Kimmell said he was impressed because many of his guests cancel for much lesser reasons. He told Cumberbatch,
“But you got married in England on Saturday and here you are!”
Kimmel also asked about what he called Sophie Hunter’s “little cummerbund in the oven.” The Sherlock star acknowledged that they have “one on the way” and asked for name ideas.
