Beyoncé, 33, braved the rain with a low-cut print top and a slick hot pink blazer and matching trousers. Jay, meanwhile, stayed warm in his casual best: a fur trimmed coat, jeans, sweater and Timberlands.

According to Curbed, The Carters just lost a bid on an 8-bedroom, 15-bathroom Beverly Hills estate — to the creator of Minecraft, Markus “Notch” Persson. The property includes a car showroom, vodka and tequila bars and a movie theater.
