Bill and Hillary Clinton were spotted visiting their new granddaughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky , as well as their daughter, Chelsea Clinton, earlier today at Lennox Hill Hospital in New York City. It was announced over the weekend that Chelsea had given birth to her first child, a baby girl, on Sept. 26 and the family shared two adorable photos of the newborn. A snapshot showing Hillary holding her grandchild while Bill plays with her little hand was also shown by the political family.
