Bill Murray wins for sweetest David Letterman farewell yet.
Murray was a guest on the late night host’s penultimate episode on Tuesday, and he would not be outdone by the guests who preceeded him. So, when Letterman announced Murray as his next guest, a giant “Goodbye, Dave” cake was wheeled out onto the set — with the actor hidden inside.
