Britney Spears lost some hair extension last week. During her Britney Spears: Piece of Me show in Las Vegas on February 27th, Spears lost some hair extensions. Spears was in the middle of her song “Do Something” when her hair extensions hit the floor. It looks like Spears was doing a lot of dancing during this song, possibly causing the extensions to fall out. It doesn’t seem like Spears noticed, and she just kept going with the song.
