Charlie Sheen still doesn’t seem to be “winning” when it comes to cleaning up his scuffed up reputation. According to a video released by a fan, Charlie was making his way to Taco Bell for some grub when a fan in the drive-thru called him over to record a video of their encounter and Charlie admitted to being “hammered.” Let’s just hope this doesn’t lead to another public downward spiral for the former Two And A Half Men star.
