According to data from the research group Entgroup, Transformers: Age of Extinction took $99.81 million in its opening three days in China, from 166,446 screenings with 14.7 million admissions. This compares with the figure issued by Paramount, which said that Transformers: Age of Extinction notched up the biggest opening weekend ever for a foreign movie with a gross of $90 million.
