Chris Brown might have lost some Team Breezy members in Manilla over this one. On Wednesday, just hours before he was scheduled to headline a New Year’s Eve concert at the Philippine Arena, the 25-year-old singer cancelled, announcing on Twitter that he could no longer perform. Brown was supposed to be the main act at the 2015 Philippine Countdown New Year’s Eve Concert, where he was set to join acts like Bamboo, Enrique Gil, Sam Concepcion, KZ Tandingan and Morissette.
