Getting a sense of déjà vu? One year after Chris Evans and Minka Kelly called it quits a second time, the actors were photographed picking up lunch from Hugo’s Tacos in L.A. Tuesday. An eyewitness tells E! News, “Chris stayed in the car while Minka picked up the order.” It’s the same place the exes were caught kissing in October 2012. Does this mean former couple is back together? A source insists, “It was just a friendly lunch.”
