Chris Pine has closed a deal to play Steve Trevor opposite Gal Gadot in the comic book movie Wonder Woman. Pine is best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk in the Star Trek reboot films. He’s also gained fans with his work in Into the Woods and The Princess Diaries 2. While plot details remain top secret, Pine’s character is expected to play Gadot’s love interest in the highly anticipated movie set for release in 2017.
