Reality show The Only Way Is Essex has a lot to answer for. Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World star Chris Pratt revealed he has nailed the Essex accent because his wife got hooked on the scripted show set in north-east London.
Pratt told BBC’s The Graham Norton Show that while he was shooting Guardians of the Galaxy in England, wife and actor Anna Faris “fell in love” with the show, frequently described as Britain’s Jersey Shore.
