Yesterday, Atlantic and 300 rolled out Young Thug’s Barter 6 project a day early because it leaked online. While everyone was glad it dropped early, it prevented a few details to become public knowledge immediately, like the production credits on the tape, which were sent out today. A quick glance at the credits and you’ll mostly see Thug’s longtime producer London On Da Track, but there’s also rising Atlanta producer Wheezy, who produced Rich Gang’s “Milk Marie,” T.I.’s “Bankrolls On Deck,” Bankroll Fresh’s “On the Low” and more. He produced a whopping eight songs on the project. Maybe Wheezy was just as inspired as Thug was by Lil Wayne—or it could just be one big coincidence.
