Columbus Short has been arrested for the fourth time in four months, and it happened on the Fourth of July!!! The dispatched former Scandal star was at the Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas, Texas getting his drink on, and apparently started off a bit of a scuffle when he tried to exit the place WITHOUT paying for his tab! A security guard at the front had a few choice words with the actor, and we guess he incensed Mr. Short a lot because the actor soon accused the African-American security guard of racism! He tried to attack a few of the cops, and apparently just would not cool down.
