The Criterion Collection and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have signed a multi-year extension to their distribution agreement. The deal is a sign of confidence for the relationship between the two parties as SPHE has been distributing Criterion’s films since only 2014. A Hard Day’s Night and The Great Beauty were among those released in last year while David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive and David Cronenberg’s early horror movie The Brood are on tap for later in 2015. Black Stallion was released this week.
