Scandrick originally listed the 3,300 square foot home last year for $2.85 million — but when no one bit for that price, he chopped it down … and eventually let it go for $2.1 mil. Recently Scandrick broke up with his reality star girlfriend Draya Michele (from “Basketball Wives: LA”) — maybe he was just looking to move on, asap.
