Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough were eliminated from Dancing with the Stars tonight, while Noah Galloway, Rumer Willis, and Riker Lynch were all named as finalists in a result that was even more and somehow also less shocking than Willow Shields’ elimination a few weeks ago.
