EastEnders star Danny Dyer has dedicated his win at a TV awards bash to Katie Hopkins who he accused of being ‘obsessed’ with him. The actor, who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter in the soap, has previously traded insults online with Hopkins and could not resist a dig before he picked up his gong at the Tric Awards in central London.
