David O. Russell directed a movie, but he doesn’t want anyone to see it. “Accidental Love,” previously known as Nailed , released a trailer Tuesday with an obvious difference from the original project—the director’s credit. Now directed by “Stephen Greene,” Accidental Love stars Jessica Biel as a woman who gets shot in the head with a nail gun but can’t afford to fix the problem because she doesn’t have health insurance. Biel must deal with her unpredictable mood swings as a result of the nail, and her ultimate trip to Washington, D.C. to fight for health care change. It’s in the nation’s capital that she meets a clueless congressman–played by Jake Gyllenhaal–who tries to help her with her cause even though it might not be possible.
