De La Soul have teamed with Nas for a jazz-inflected new track titled, “God It.” Although the hip-hop trio is currently working on a new record with planned appearances by Damon Albarn, David Byrne, 2 Chainz and Little Dragon, they’re saying the track is just a fun one-off.the group wrote in a statement: “While busy at work, we also like to play,” This song is not on the new album, but an indication of good music to come.”
