Warner Bros. has released the red-band trailer for Vacation, a continuation of the popular Chevy Chase-helmed films of the ’80s and ’90s. Ed Helms stars as Clark’s son Rusty, with the rest of the cast including Christina Applegate, Chris Hemsworth and Leslie Mann also making appearances. Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold.
The trailer gives plenty of hints that the film will not be just a remake of the original films — including a direct reference to one popular scene between Clark and another driver on the highway — but may very well equal them in raunchiness and sheer insanity.
