The line, “we were on a break,” sounds better than ever, considering the famous phrase indicates the “break” is in the past and the two people involved are back together. But Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield continue to taunt us with their separateness, and we’re not OK with it. Each was spotted out and about doing his and her own thing, and we just wish they would run their errands together like other couples we came to know and love.
