Emma Watson has made it on to Time 100’s list of the world’s most influential people for the first time. She is ranked 26th, while Kanye West tops the list and Kim Kardashian is 13th. Time believes Vladimir Putin carries more weight than Barack Obama, ranking the Russian president at 65th and Obama at 85th and David Cameron failed to makethe list for the fourth consecutive year.
