Donna, played by Verity Rushworth, was killed off in the ITV soap during a botched crime plot that was supposed to secure money for her daughter April’s future before Donna died of cancer. Danny plays Aaron Livesy, who got involved when he tried to stop pal Adam Barton (Adam Thomas) taking part in the job, and said he’d loved filming his own stunts which involved a car crash scene.
