An illegal fireworks case against Flavor Flav has fizzled, and he won’t be prosecuted for a Fourth of July bash he held last year. An aide to Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson cited a lack of evidence Monday for the decision to drop the fireworks case against the 56-year-old entertainer whose legal name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr.
