It was a golden night for Brits at the Globes, with Eddie Redmayne and Downton Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt picking up awards at the glitzy Hollywood ceremony. And the hard work paid off for Boyhood director Richard Linklater as the movie picked up three gongs in Beverly Hills, including best supporting actress for Patricia Arquette, best director for Linklater himself and the coveted best film drama.
