Life is imitating art! Grey’s Anatomy star Sarah Drew is pregnant, her rep confirms to E! Due in December, this will be the second child for the actress and her husband, Peter Lanfer, who are already parents to 2 year old son, Micah. In the tenth season finale of Grey’s Anatomy, her character, April Kepner, learned she is expecting her first child with Dr. Jackson Avery, played by Jesse Williams. Drew even tweeted a picture of her new curves Tuesday, writing, “Nope. That’s not a fake belly.”
