Gwen Stefani is ready to make a solo musical comeback.
For the first time in six years, the 45-year-old singer released a new solo tune at midnight last night titled “Baby Don’t Lie,” a catchy upbeat track which is sure to please fans who have been patiently waiting for Stefani’s next single.
The No Doubt songstress stopped by On Air With Ryan Seacrest early Monday morning to chat about her sure-to-be hit song in addition to dishing on what fans can expect for her upcoming third solo album.
“Honestly, I couldn’t even sleep last night,” the mother of three said of the release of her new tune, which was produced by OneRepublic‘s Ryan Tedder and Benny Blanco. ”I had to pray myself to sleep last night. I just feel so anxious. Like I said, everything just happened so quickly…It’s been an incredible journey though.”
