Gwyneth Paltrow’s annual Goop cleanse is back in action to bring order to anyone’s daily meals, should they choose to accept the challenge. The one problem? The elimination-based diet claims that if you follow the program to the letter, you’ll be able to cleanse and detox all of those pesky toxins from Christmastime’s past right on out of your system. The diet consists of three meals and one snack, and includes a wide range of items like leek and celery root soup, lentil salad, and chia seed pudding. While Paltrow’s plan isn’t necessarily bad for anyone, it’s safe to say that any interested parties should do their own research before embarking on any dietary overhaul.
