It seems like just yesterday when the world was gushing over the arrival of Beyonce and Jay-Z’s baby girl and now it’s Blue Ivy ‘s 3rd birthday! And, of course, the celebuspawn’s special day is being celebrated in the most chic and trendiest way possible. Blue’s mama shared a black and white snapshot of her daughter’s b-day party which shows a big silver “3” balloon and ice sculpture that says “Happy Birthday Blue.” The tiny tot has grown up in front of our eyes since her birth on January 7, 2012, and is quickly becoming quite the fierce little lady.
