After five years of marriage, Hilary Duff has officially filed for divorce from her estranged husband Mike Comrie . Reportedly, Duff’s last straw was Comrie’s night out partying at Mastro’s steakhouse in Beverly Hills , where he drunkenly was propositioning women. In the divorce docs, Duff, who is being represented by attorney Laura Wasser , cited irreconciable differences, and asks for primary physical custody of their 3-year-old son Luca. She wants Comrie to have visitation rights, but TMZ notes that “sources connected with the couple say she’s concerned that his partying and drinking could adversely affect their child.”
