for an inside look at the expansive Harlem townhouse, showcasing renovations that were a year in the making. Harris said, “For value’s sake you can get a lot of space and retain the history and appreciation of it. We loved this place.” Formerly a speakeasy for Irish millworkers, the five-story townhouse features four bedrooms, two terraces and a back garden.
