For those familiar with the show, the news suggests season two will not immediately pick up after the heartbreaking ending to the first season.
What’s next, instead, is something much bigger.
Speculation is already surfacing online predicting the corporate intrigue teased throughout the show thus far will be the focus on season two.
iZombie is expected to debut its second season in January 2016 on the CW.
