People can’t stop talking about Jennifer Aniston’s departure from romantic comedies and Friends with her dramatic role in Cake, and the actress told E! News that she still can’t get over the praise.
Appearing at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards Thursday night, Jen gushed to us about how great the entire experience has been, from making the movie to receiving all kinds of recognition, including a Golden Globe nomination and a Best Actress nomination at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards!
“It’s just surreal and wonderful and it’s just so many things,” she said. “It’s really fun.”
Although she has won a Golden Globe before for her work on Friends, she still finds herself overwhelmed by awards season this year, as she had been nominated by many different groups for her work in the “complex” drama.
“I feel extremely humbled to be honest,” she said.
