Actress Jennifer Garner has branded the Hollywood hacking scandal a “violent abuse of women.” The star was not among the female celebrities targeted by cyber criminals who stole saucy pictures from their private online cloud storage facilities, but she is adamant the devastation caused is tantamount to abuse. She tells Loaded magazine, “It’s an invasion. It’s violent. It’s a violent abuse of women. They’re not just doing it to any woman. These women know when they’re walking down the streets that so many people have seen them in this way. It just makes me want to hurt somebody.” Garner previously joked that she and her husband Ben Affleck escape the hackers because they tend to take pictures on Polaroid cameras, telling Vanity Fair, “Polaroids! That’s what we do at the Affleck house. We have a stack of sexy polaroids.”
