According to TMZ , 24-year-old actress Jennifer Lawrence had a huge screaming match with director David O’Russell on set of their latest movie, Joy , which is currently being filmed in Boston. A rep for Fox 2000, the studio behind the movie, has not denied the heated exchange, though alleges that the screaming was just method acting. The studio has stated that O’Russell was helping the actress riled up before shot an intense scene in which she had to shot at another actor.
