Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper’s most recent film, Serena, was released for rental on iTunes and Google Play three weeks prior to its March 27 theatrical release.
The Susanne Bier-directed R-rated film is currently available for rent on iTunes for $10 (HD or SD), whereas Google Play is charging $10 for SD and $11 for HD.
Serena, which was picked up by Magnolia Pictures in September 2014, tells the story of two newlyweds in Depression-era North Carolina who strive to succeed in the timber industry.
