On Tuesday it was revealed that Lily-Rose Depp, the daughter of Johnny Depp, landed a starring role playing opposite her father.
While the actor has largely kept his 15-year-olds daughter out of the public eye, the budding actress is now set on stardom. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lily-Rose has been cast in the lead role of cult director Kevin Smith’s new film Yoga Hosers. And she is not the only celebrity spawn to be starring in the so-called ‘comic book movie’. Kevin, who is most well-known for his iconic Nineties slacker movies including Clerks and Mallrats, has cast his own daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, also 15, who will play Lily-Rose’s co-lead. The two teenagers are reportedly friends from school and on-screen will play Canadian yoga enthusiasts who work together in an after-school job at a convenience store and are both called Colleen.
