As Jon Stewart’s tenure as host of The Daily Show comes to a close, the send-offs are just beginning. Tuesday night’s guest, Jon Hamm, appeared to introduce a special tribute dedicated to one of Stewart’s more underrated talents: his voice. Hamm said while standing behind Stewart, “I’ve been watching you for 16 long, long years. It’s your voice, Jon. Your glorious voice. It’s like Bette Midler, Barbra Streisand and Luciano Pavarotti had a threesome and then gave birth to the perfect set of vocal cords: yours.” Following Hamm’s introduction, the show highlighted some of Stewart’s more memorable musical moments (and arm-heavy dance moves).
